This is an outdoor fitness class located at Abington's "hidden gem" (Island Grove Park). Class includes a low impact aerobic warm up, strength and resistance training to help tone your entire body, a good amount of stretching and a little meditation at the end of the week. Class is taught by Barbara Rae, a Group Fitness Instructor with 20+ years experience.
