An outdoor fitness class located at Abington's hidden gem: Island Grove Park. Class includes low impact aerobic warm up, strength and resistance training to help tone your entire body, a good amount of stretching and a little meditation on Fridays at the end of class. This class will be socially distanced to follow Mass Covid regulations and therefore we need to limit the class size, so sign up quick if you are interested. The session is 4 weeks and begins July 28th and ends August 21st. Classes are every MON-WED-FRI from 5:30 am to 6:30 am at the Island Grove Pool.
Bring a yoga mat or towel and plenty of water!
