Get Up and Grove is a fun filled, outdoor, full body workout at Abington's most beautiful spot, Island Grove Park. Trim and tone your body in one of the four week sessions. Each workout includes calorie burning cardio/interval and strength/ resistance training with a focus on flexibility. This class is appropriate for ALL fitness levels.
