In an effort to have the athletes train together, promoting team work and encouraging students to push themselves, we have put together the Green Wave Strength and Conditioning program. The program will be a combination of anaerobic and aerobic training, speed and agility training as well as sport specific training. The training will be a scheduled for 5 weeks, 2 days a week, 2 hours a session. The student athletes will work out as a group two mornings a week from 6-8am.
